Shipping Within Australia
We ship within Australia via Australia Post. All orders are sent with signature on delivery for security. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 8 business days. Express shipping is available for $15, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1 to 4 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Western Australia. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery and Signature
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, Australia Post may leave a collection card or redirect the parcel to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Delays
While we work closely with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our direct control and may occasionally be impacted by carrier delays, peak periods, weather events or other operational disruptions.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact us at hello@luddi.com.au so we can investigate with Australia Post. A parcel may only be considered lost in transit once Australia Post has completed its investigation and confirmed the item as lost. Once confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
